读经内容：诗篇120-124
默想分享：
“我要向山举目；我的帮助从何而来？我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。” (诗篇 121:1-2 和合本) 这是大家熟悉的一首赞美诗，每当我们唱这首赞美诗的时候，我们就知道，我们的帮助是从创造天地的耶和华而来。
耶和华是我们的保护者，是看顾我们生活的。这对我们来说意味着，我们不是被创造之后，无序的生活在这个世界上，而是有一位神，像园丁看顾自己的花园，像牧羊人看顾自己的羊群的一样看顾着我们，这就是神的护理。神在创造之工完成之后，没有一天不在看顾我们，他不打盹也不睡觉。是神，让太阳不会离地球表面太近，烧伤我们和地上所有的活物；是神，保护我们免受一切的灾害。
诗篇120大卫在患难中求告神的帮助，在121篇就充满了喜乐赞美神的看顾。可见，我们什么时候向神求助，神必与我们同在。诗篇122，诗人欢喜去朝见耶和华的圣殿。
“你们要为耶路撒冷求平安！耶路撒冷啊，爱你的人必然兴旺！”(诗篇 122:6 和合本) 耶路撒冷是以色利的圣城，神的圣殿就在耶路撒冷。然而，耶路撒冷后来因为敌军的入侵而被毁，神的圣殿也被毁了，以色利也分崩离析，以色利人被掳。
耶路撒冷的毁灭是不是说神不再看顾以色利人了呢？是不是说明神的力量衰微了呢？不是的。耶路撒冷是一个地理位置，它预表着未来的教会。耶和华的殿虽然在战争中被毁，但是耶稣却重建了这个圣殿，这个圣殿不再是以砖头搭建起来的有形的建筑，而是以教会的形式存在。（约2:19）凡是神临在的地方，就是神的殿。“我又看见圣城新耶路撒冷由 神那里从天而降，预备好了，就如新妇妆饰整齐，等候丈夫。”(启示录 21:2 和合本) 耶稣基督到来，将一切都更新了。
